Forests! Found in a variety of biomes across different latitudes and elevations.  These biomes include boreal forests in subarctic climates, tropical moist forests, tropical dry forests near the Equator, and temperate forests at middle latitudes.  It is a well-established fact that forests form distinct biomes at different latitudes and elevations.

Mountain Ecosystem- Definition!

Image
Mountain A mountain ecosystem is generally located at high elevations in low latitudes. However, it is quite susceptible to natural disasters such as landslides, soil erosion, and habitat loss. Dense forests are a common feature of mountain ecosystems at moderate elevations. As you climb higher, vegetation becomes less abundant, and at extreme altitudes, it may vanish entirely.
